For more than three years, we’ve partnered with HackerOne to document, elevate, and humanize the global security community — transforming live events, customer stories, and brand initiatives into cinematic, story-driven content that reflects the scale and sophistication of their mission.

For the past three years, we’ve partnered with HackerOne across the globe — from Miami to Tokyo, Stockholm to Dubai, Sydney to Singapore — delivering photo and video coverage that captures not only the energy of their events, but the deeper narratives behind them. Through conferences, competitions, internal milestones, and brand initiatives, we’ve developed a nuanced understanding of HackerOne’s mission, its community, and the people who power it.

What began as event coverage has evolved into a strategic creative partnership — one rooted in trust, consistency, and a shared commitment to meaningful storytelling.

Our recap videos translate that technical rigor into compelling, human-centered storytelling. Through cinematic coverage and interviews, we capture both the security outcomes and the personal victories unfolding in real time. Each piece functions as a mini-documentary — showcasing the tangible value and mission-driven heart of HackerOne’s live events.

Customer Journey

The Customer Journey series highlights security leaders from global enterprises such as Amazon, Salesforce, and Zoom, offering an inside look at how they partner with HackerOne to strengthen their security posture.

Blending testimonial credibility with strategic insight, these films demonstrate how hacker-powered security delivers measurable impact at scale. Each story reinforces not only the value of collaboration with the hacker community, but the featured organization’s proactive commitment to protecting its customers and infrastructure. The result is a trust-building narrative asset that positions HackerOne as an indispensable enterprise partner.

Hacker Stories

Hacker Stories is an intimate interview series spotlighting individual security researchers and the philosophies that shape their work. Through in-depth conversations, we explore career paths, motivations, and the intellectual frameworks behind ethical hacking.

Without traditional event b-roll, we leaned into a more conceptual approach — incorporating user-submitted iPhone media and producing stylized studio setups with metaphor-driven props representing each hacker’s mindset. This creative direction elevated the format beyond a standard interview, transforming A-roll conversations into visually layered character studies that bring viewers inside the minds of modern security researchers.

HackerOne Platform Series

The HackerOne Platform Series is a four-part collection built from more than 30 interviews captured over the course of a year, featuring voices from internal leaders and enterprise customers alike.

By weaving together diverse perspectives, the series articulates the breadth of HackerOne’s product ecosystem while reinforcing foundational themes such as trust, transparency, and ethical hacking. Rather than relying on traditional b-roll, we developed a refined, animation-forward visual language that aligns with HackerOne’s premium market position. The result is a sophisticated brand experience — framing HackerOne not simply as a software provider, but as a high-touch, world-class security partner.

Employee Series

The Employee Series turns the lens inward, spotlighting the people who shape HackerOne’s culture. In partnership with the People Team, we documented the company’s 2025 All Hands — a milestone event introducing a new CEO and unveiling a major brand launch.

Through conversations with 15 employees across departments, the series explores what culture, collaboration, and shared mission mean inside a rapidly evolving organization. The outcome is an authentic portrait of alignment between leadership, brand, and team — reinforcing that HackerOne’s strength is rooted not only in its platform, but in its people.

Hacking Community

Drawing from interviews captured across multiple years, the Hacking Community piece weaves together the voices of security researchers worldwide into a unified narrative.

By organizing responses around recurring themes, we highlight how their philosophies around collaboration, rigor, and ethical responsibility naturally align with HackerOne’s values. “Together We Hit Harder” emerges not as a tagline, but as lived experience — voiced by hackers who have collaborated, uncovered critical vulnerabilities, and seen firsthand the power of collective expertise. The piece reinforces HackerOne’s mission through the credibility of its community.

Photography

At every Live Hacking Event, our photography team captures both the structured milestones and the unscripted human moments that define the experience.

From networking receptions and intense hacking sessions to professional headshots, branded environments, awards ceremonies, bounty payouts, and community excursions — we document the full arc of each gathering. Beyond the scheduled agenda, we focus on growth, connection, and the global nature of this community. The resulting image library serves as both event documentation and a long-term brand asset — visually reinforcing the human impact of hacker-powered security.
