The Importance of Archival Assets: Archival materials are crucial to our storytelling, adding layers of visual and emotional depth that words alone cannot achieve. Kevin, one of our seasoned storytellers, captures this sentiment perfectly: "Seeing historical photos brings a narrative to life in ways mere descriptions cannot. Often, we rely on a single image to tell a story from decades past, providing a unique, sometimes solitary glimpse into history." We don’t do it alone. We have enjoyed rolling up our sleeves with archivists includling the Indiana Historical Society, Duke Archives, Indiana University Archives, The Library Congress, NFL films and countless city or county archives like the Bedford Historical Society.

In our work with the Taliaferro family, for example, Ben Frazier found that gaining their trust allowed us access to personal archives that brought George Taliaferro's legacy to life in our documentary. "Every archive has its own story, often locked away just waiting to be told. Our job is to unlock these stories and present them in a way that honors their original essence," Ben explains, reflecting on the connections made going through family photo albums in the Taliaferro Garage.
