As semiconductor technology becomes essential to the future of both innovation and national security, Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is helping lead the effort to build a skilled workforce prepared for what comes next. Blueline partnered with Ivy Tech to create an introductory video announcing a new mission: developing education pathways to train the next generation of semiconductor technicians. Designed as an overarching narrative piece, it translates complex industry goals into a clear and human story. One that is focused on opportunity, preparation, and progress. Before the factories are built, the workforce must be ready, and this project marks the beginning of that journey.
